About Pelissier Brand

Hot sauce enthusiasts and brothers, Cameron and Jared, had fallen in love with spice at a very young age. Pairing different peppers with different meals, fruits, and vegetables had quickly become an inspiration to create their own spiced up elixir. After 7 years in the making, the brothers finally found a trio of sauces that would range in a variety of flavors and spice for all to enjoy. All ingredients are locally sourced here on the Coast in Central California from the best markets around.
